Questions about photo & video
A dedicated photographer and videographer with an assistant, unlimited photos, a 2–4 minute film with an interview for an emotional touch, a 30-second vertical version for social media, a 10-photo preview within 72 hours, and a private gallery for 12 months.
Yes. Both are available on their own, in a 6-hour full celebration or a 2-hour short celebration.
Edited photos are delivered within 15 calendar days, with a 10-photo preview in the first 72 hours. Express photos (unedited) arrive within 24 hours. Video is delivered within 25 calendar days.
The film is an edited summary of your celebration. Full recording of the ceremony, speeches or presentations is booked separately and planned before the event.
Not with the edited packages: original unedited files are not part of those services. Our Express photography option is the exception: it delivers unedited photos straight from the camera within 24 hours.
Photo editing includes light, color and framing adjustments; complex retouching is quoted separately. Your video includes one round of edits: please send all comments in a single request within 7 days of receiving the first cut.
